She was born in 1979 in Sapanca. She has graduated from the University of Uludağ. Since 2001, she has taken marbling lessons from Hülya Küntay on fabric, glass and wood. At the end of the same year, she became a student of Fuat Başar, master calligrapher and marbling artist. In 2006, she opened her first personal exhibition in İstanbul. She got married and settled in İzmir. She is currently continuing her work at her atelier in Güzelyalı
